The information and forms provided on this website are designed to facilitate project consultations and free project estimates. Requesting an estimate, submitting a form, or selecting a calendar slot does not create a binding construction contract or obligate either party until a formal written project scope is reviewed and mutually approved.
2. Scope of Services
Ryan's Handyman Services provides residential and light commercial handyman, repair, and home improvement services across Colorado Springs and El Paso County. Estimates reflect observable conditions at the time of inspection. Concealed damage (such as hidden rot inside wall framing or structural framing issues behind drywall) may require a supplemental change order upon discovery.
3. Emergency Services Disclaimer
Ryan's Handyman Services is not an emergency water mitigation or hazardous remediation provider. For active interior flooding, standing water, or gas leaks, property owners are advised to immediately shut off main valves and contact emergency first responders or certified 24/7 mitigation contractors.
